Job Title: Valuer Location: Bloxwich Basic Salary:£29,000 OTE:£45,000+ We're looking for an experienced and motivated Valuer to join a thriving estate agency in Bloxwich. If you're passionate about property, confident in winning instructions and enjoy building relationships with clients, this is a fantastic opportunity to join a successful team with excellent earning potential. Key Responsibilities • Conduct market appraisals and provide accurate property valuations. • Win new instructions and grow the branch's market share. • Build lasting relationships with vendors and buyers. • Generate new business through networking, referrals and prospecting. • Provide expert advice on pricing and marketing strategies. • Work closely with the sales team to maximise opportunities. • Maintain excellent local market knowledge. • Deliver outstanding customer service from valuation through to completion. What We're Looking For • Previous experience as a Valuer, Lister or Senior Negotiator. • Proven track record of winning instructions. • Excellent communication and negotiation skills. • Commercial awareness and a target-driven mindset. • Professional, enthusiastic and self-motivated. • Full UK Driving License.
