Our agency is working with schools in the Warstones and Penn areas of Wolverhampton who are seeking committed Teaching Assistants for both part-time and full-time positions. These roles are ideal for candidates who are happy to commit to a long-term assignment and become a valued part of the school community.Key Responsibilities: • Provide in-class support to teachers and pupils across a range of year groups • Assist with lesson delivery, group work, and one-to-one support • Offer tailored support for pupils with additional needs, including SEND • Help maintain a safe, positive, and inclusive learning environment • Build strong relationships with staff and students, contributing to the wider school community About You • Previous experience working with children or young people is desirable. • A positive, flexible, and proactive approach • Good communication skills and the ability to build rapport quickly • Commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children • Willingness to commit to a long-term role (part-time or full-time) • Level 2/3 Teaching Assistant qualification is an advantage, but not essential.
