Yard Operative (Twilight Shift) BCA Fleet Solutions, Thurleigh Business Park, Bedfordshire, MK44 2YP £14.84 per hour Monday-Friday | 3:00pm-11:00pm Assignment: 20th July 2026 - 18th October 2026 Join One of the UK's Leading Automotive Operations We're looking for motivated and reliable Yard Operatives to join the team at BCA Fleet Solutions in Thurleigh. This is an excellent opportunity to work within a fast-paced automotive environment, handling a wide range of vehicles while gaining valuable experience with a market-leading organisation. What You'll Be Doing - Moving and parking vehicles safely around the site - Managing vehicle movements across the yard and operational areas - Conducting basic vehicle condition checks - Maintaining accurate records and reporting any issues - Supporting the smooth day-to-day running of the yard - Following all health and safety procedures What We're Looking For Full UK Driving Licence Good attention to detail Reliable and punctual approach to work Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions Strong team-working skills Confidence driving a variety of vehicles Mandatory Compliance Requirements Successful candidates must be able to provide: CV / Work History Summary Full UK Driving Licence DVLA Check Right to Work Documentation Important Onboarding Information Induction 20th & 21st July 2026 1:00pm Start Training 22nd - 24th July 2026 8:00am - 5:00pm Twilight Shift Commencement From 27th July 2026 onwards 3:00pm - 11:00pm (Monday-Friday) Why Apply?
