• Year 4 Teacher • Full-time • Camden • Start Date: September 2026 • Paid to scale A welcoming and inclusive primary school in Camden is seeking a dedicated Year 4 Teacher to join their team from September. The Role As the Year 4 Teacher, you will work closely with the year group team and take full responsibility for class teaching. The successful candidate will be an experienced primary teacher who can quickly establish positive relationships, maintain a calm and purposeful learning environment, and deliver engaging lessons that support pupils to achieve their best. The pupils are enthusiastic learners who are working at a good academic standard and engage well in lessons. Behaviour throughout the school is positive, and children with additional learning needs are well supported through tailored interventions and classroom support. You will benefit from collaborative planning and assessment support from both your year group colleagues and the wider leadership team. Person Specification The successful candidate will: • Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS). • Have experience teaching within Key Stage 2. • Demonstrate strong classroom management skills and high expectations for learning and behaviour. • Be able to plan and deliver engaging lessons that meet the needs of all learners. • Have a good understanding of assessment and pupil progress. • Be committed to inclusion and supporting pupils with additional needs. • Work effectively as part of a team and build positive relationships with pupils, staff, and parents. • Be organised, proactive, and committed to providing high-quality teaching.
