AAT Tutor (Accounting) • Location: Trafford • Flexible / Hybrid • Permanent | Full-time • Up to £38,000 per annum About the Role Reed Further Education are partnering with a leading training provider to recruit an experienced AAT Tutor. • Deliver AAT programmes up to Level 4 through face-to-face and remote learning • Support learners to achieve career progression within finance and accounting • Manage learner caseloads and drive engagement and retention • Contribute to high-quality teaching and continuous improvement Key Responsibilities • Plan and deliver structured AAT sessions in line with awarding body standards • Assess learner work and provide detailed, constructive feedback • Monitor learner progress, set targets, and drive KPI achievement • Support employer engagement, IAG sessions, and learner recruitment activities About You • Experienced in delivering AAT (minimum Level 3, with progression to Level 4) • Background in finance with strong subject knowledge • Passionate about supporting and motivating learners • Confident using digital platforms and e-learning tools Essential Skills & Experience • Minimum 3 years’ industry experience within finance • 1–2 years teaching, training, or assessment experience • Teaching qualification (or willingness to work towards) • Strong communication, organisation, and coaching skills Additional Information • Right to work in the UK is required (no sponsorship available) • Role subject to enhanced DBS and safer recruitment checks • Opportunity to join a well-established training provider • Ongoing support from Reed specialist consultants Apply Now If you’re an experienced AAT professional looking to inspire the next generation of finance professionals, apply today with Reed.
