The Adaptations Manager will oversee property adaptations within the public sector, ensuring projects are delivered effectively and meet the required standards. Client Details My client is a leading housing provider based in the East Midlands who manages 4,300 social housing properties ranging from single-occupancy one-bedroom homes to larger family houses and high-rise flats. Description • Oversee and manage property adaptations to ensure compliance with regulations and standards. • Ensuring that the organisation remain legally compliant in relation to its statutory obligations to deliver Disabled Facilities Grants. • Working closely with external agencies to ensure the needs of disabled residents in the area are met. • Advice and assistance on a variety of topics Profile A successful Interim Adaptations Manager should have: • A background in property management and social housing. • Strong knowledge of building regulations and accessibility standards. • Proven ability to manage multiple projects effectively. • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. • Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving. • Experience within the public sector is advantageous but not essential.
