Key Details: Role: EA / Office Manager Location: London Days in Office: 5 days in office Hours: 09.00 – 18.00 Contract Type: Permanent Salary: Up to £100,000 DOE Company Overview: We are recruiting for a brilliant EA / Office Manager opportunity within a highly regarded international organisation. This varied position will suit an experienced support professional who enjoys working closely with senior individuals while also overseeing the wider office environment. The successful candidate will play an important part in ensuring the London office operates efficiently, while providing first-class support to a small team. You will be trusted to manage competing priorities, use your initiative and help create a professional, welcoming and well-organised workplace. Responsibilities: • Deliver proactive and polished EA support to a team of approximately 6 people • Manage the day-to-day running of the London office • Serve as a reliable point of contact for colleagues, visitors and external suppliers • Arrange meetings, internal events, team gatherings and office activities • Oversee office systems, suppliers and general operational requirements • Identify opportunities to streamline processes and improve efficiency • Handle a broad range of responsibilities with discretion and sound judgement • Help maintain a positive, inclusive and professional working environment Skills and Experience: • 6+ years’ EA/Office Management experience • Ideally experience within financial services, investment management, private equity, family office or a similar professional environment • A proactive, hands-on approach with the confidence to take ownership • Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities • A flexible mindset and willingness to adapt • Previous experience coordinating events and office culture initiatives RMS Recruitment thanks you for your application and looks forward to speaking to you.
