Executive Search Coordinator / EA (Float) – Leading Executive Search Firm, London Contract: 12-month Fixed Term Location: London (Hybrid – 3 days in office) About the Role An exceptional opportunity has arisen for a proactive Executive Search Coordinator to join a prestigious Executive Search firm’s global search division. This is a 12-month fixed-term contract role covering multiple Search Coordinators / EA in a float capacity, supporting teams across various projects by covering sickness, holidays, and long-term absences. You will be highly organised, adaptable, and able to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment. The role requires strong communication skills and the ability to build excellent relationships with clients and stakeholders. You will produce and proofread documentation, work extensively with CRM systems, and engage closely with project details to ensure smooth delivery.
