Experienced Lettings Negotiator

*Must have residential lettings experience We're recruiting on behalf of a well-established independent estate agency specialising in residential lettings and property management across North and North West London. They pride themselves on delivering a professional, knowledgeable and personal service to both landlords and tenants, and they're now looking to bring a motivated Lettings Negotiator into their growing team. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to build a long-term career in property, within a busy, customer-focused environment. What you'll be doing: • Registering and qualifying prospective tenants • Arranging and conducting property viewings • Matching applicants with suitable properties • Negotiating tenancy terms between landlords and tenants • Progressing agreed lets through to move-in • Building and maintaining strong relationships with landlords and tenants • Generating new business opportunities and landlord instructions • Following up on enquiries from property portals, phone calls and email • Keeping accurate records on the CRM system • Supporting marketing of available properties • Staying up to date with lettings legislation and industry best practice • Working towards individual and team targets What we're looking for: • Excellent communication and customer service skills • Strong organisational and time management abilities • A professional, confident manner • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment • Full UK driving licence and access to a reliable vehicle • Good IT skills, including Microsoft Office Desirable: • Previous experience in residential lettings, estate agency, property management or sales • Knowledge of the North/North West London property market • Understanding of current lettings legislation and compliance What's on offer: • Fantastic Basic Salary • Commission and performance incentives • Car allowance • Company pension scheme • Paid annual leave and sick pay • Free/on-site parking • Ongoing training and genuine career progression If you're a proactive, target-driven Lettings Negotiator looking for your next move, get in touch for a confidential chat.
