Our client is seeking an experienced Lettings Negotiator to join their busy and successful lettings department. Key Responsibilities: • Manage a portfolio of properties and liaise with landlords and tenants • Handle client communications in a professional and timely manner • Always deliver exceptional customer service • Conduct viewings with prospective tenants • Ensure all viewings are followed up and feedback is provided to the landlord • Assisting tenants through the referencing process • Answering general enquiries from potential tenants and Landlords • Achieve individual targets • Full driver’s license and own car required Ideal Candidate • Be passionate about property • Be self-motivated, ambitious, and target-driven • Demonstrate a professional work ethic • Have an excellent telephone manner • Be smart in appearance • Have access to a car and hold a full UK driving licence • Live within a 10-mile radius of Finchley Central If you are interested in this ExperiencedLettings Negotiator position and would like to know more, please email your CV or telephone us on a strictly private and confidential basis.
