• £30-35k • £80-85K OTE • Prime Head of Lettings | Surrey | OTE £80,000–£85,000+ Exceptional work/life balance | Prime Surrey market | Relocation business An outstanding opportunity has arisen for an experienced Lettings Manager or Head of Lettings to lead a successful office in one of Surrey’s most prestigious markets. This is a role for someone who can lead from the front, drive performance and inspire an experienced team while operating within the highly desirable Cobham market. The office has an established presence and a strong reputation, with a significant amount of corporate and international relocation business. You’ll inherit a loyal and knowledgeable team, including a Lister with 15 years’ service and a Negotiator who has been with the business for 5 years. The role requires a disciplined, driven and commercially minded leader who can maintain high standards while building on an already successful operation. The Role • Lead and develop a successful lettings office. • Drive valuations, instructions and market share. • Coach, motivate and support an experienced team. • Build and maintain strong relationships with landlords, tenants and local businesses. • Lead from the front through personal performance and business development. • Deliver exceptional customer service while achieving ambitious commercial targets. About You • Proven success in residential lettings management. • Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage an experienced team. • Disciplined, driven and commercially minded. • Excellent relationship-building and negotiation skills. • Passion for delivering outstanding customer experiences. • Full UK driving licence.
