Head of Operations (HV Maintenance) Hybrid - East Anglia Salary Dependent on Experience + Vehicle + Hybrid Working + Progression + Pension + Training + Development + Flexible Hours + GP Service Are you an experienced operational leader with extensive High Voltage maintenance experience looking to shape the future of a growing engineering business? Do you want to lead operational performance, technical governance and safety compliance across a nationwide maintenance division while influencing business strategy and developing high-performing engineering teams? This specialist High Voltage engineering business provides installation, maintenance and lifecycle management services across critical electrical infrastructure throughout the UK. As the company continues to expand, they are seeking an experienced Head of Operations (Maintenance) to lead the operational delivery of their growing maintenance portfolio. In this role, you'll oversee the safe and efficient delivery of maintenance services across the business while driving operational performance, technical governance and compliance. You'll lead maintenance teams, manage competency frameworks, support Electrical Safe Systems of Work, oversee operational KPIs and work closely with senior leadership to improve service delivery and business performance. The ideal candidate will have extensive operational leadership experience within High Voltage infrastructure together with strong knowledge of Electrical Safe Systems of Work and HV governance. Previous experience leading technical teams, maintaining competency frameworks and supporting commercial performance would be highly beneficial.
