We're recruiting for a Lettings Manager to join a successful and growing estate agency in West Lothian. This is an exciting opportunity for an ambitious property professional looking to take the next step in their career, driving lettings business growth while supporting the wider sales team when required. The Role As a Lettings Manager, you will: • Drive the growth and success of the lettings department • List residential properties to the rental market • Conduct property valuations and secure new instructions • Negotiate tenancy agreements and rental terms • Build and maintain strong relationships with landlords and tenants • Deliver exceptional customer service throughout the lettings process • Support the sales team during busy periods when required • Identify opportunities to generate new business and increase market share Lettings Manager Requirements: • Previous experience as a Senior Lettings Negotiator, Lettings Manager, or similar level role • Proven ability to win instructions and let properties successfully • Excellent customer service and relationship-building skills • Professional and confident telephone manner • Strong negotiation and communication abilities • Self-motivated, target-driven, and commercially minded • Full UK driving licence What's on Offer? • Up to £30,000 basic salary • £40,000 On-Target Earnings (OTE) • Full-time position, Monday to Friday • Saturday working on a rota basis, with time off in lieu provided • Supportive and successful team environment • Career progression opportunities within a growing business • Ongoing training and professional development Apply Today!
