A leading international financial services firm is seeking an experienced Office Manager to join their London team on a 12 month fixed-term contract. This is a varied and hands-on role responsible for supporting the smooth day-to-day operations of the London office.
The Role:
• Take ownership of day-to-day office operations, ensuring a professional, efficient and welcoming workplace environment.
• Provide administrative support to senior leadership, including C-Suite executives.
• Partner with global administrative teams to coordinate support across multiple international locations.
• Manage the employee lifecycle process, including new starter inductions, onboarding arrangements, equipment coordination and leaver processes.
• Oversee office logistics including seating plans, access management, facilities coordination and general workplace requirements.
• Arrange domestic and international travel, support expense processing and assist with corporate card administration.
• Build and maintain relationships with suppliers, contractors and service providers, ensuring invoices and office requirements are managed effectively.
• Coordinate meetings, visitor arrangements, catering and internal events to support a seamless office experience.
• Monitor office supplies, equipment and facilities needs, proactively resolving issues as they arise.
• Support employee engagement initiatives, including company events, team activities and workplace culture programmes.
• Provide flexible administrative support across a variety of business needs in a fast-paced and collaborative environment.
About You:
• Previous experience in office management, workplace coordination, facilities support or executive administration.
• Highly organised with excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage competing priorities.
• A proactive self-starter who enjoys taking ownership and finding solutions.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with confidence engaging with stakeholders at all levels.
• Experience supporting international teams or senior executives is advantageous.
• Comfortable using Microsoft Office and administrative systems, including expense and booking platforms.
