Job Title: Office Manager Location: Central London Salary: up to £52k DOE Type: Hybrid 4:1 Hours: 9am – 6pm I am partnering with a small but fast-growing firm based in Central London, who are seeking an experienced, attentive and professional candidate to join their team in an Office Manager role. They would desire a candidate with a high level of experience within a similar role, but ultimately someone who understands their priorities and can act efficiently and professionally. Who you are: • Personable, proactive and friendly • Confident communicator both written and verbally • Strong attention to detail and a problem solver • Experience in a similar, high level administration role • Service minded and willing to go the extra mile What you’ll do: • Oversee the day to day running of the London office, ensuring a professional, efficient and welcoming workplace • Manage facilities, building operations, suppliers, contractors and workplace vendors • Coordinate office maintenance, workplace improvements, office moves and procurement • Support health, safety and compliance, including first aid, fire safety and workplace documentation • Maintain strong relationships with building management and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth office operations • Provide administrative support, coordinating meetings, employee events and internal communications If this sounds like you or someone you know, apply now!
