Part Time | 12 Month Fixed Term Contract | London Bridge | Hybrid Working Salary: £15,600 per annum (20 hours per week) Are you an organised, proactive and tech savvy administrator who enjoys variety and takes pride in keeping everything running smoothly? Our client is looking for an enthusiastic Operations Assistant to join their friendly and growing team based in London Bridge. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working across administration, office operations, technology and project support within a fast paced and collaborative environment. No two days will be be the same. One day you could be coordinating company training or organising an office event, the next supporting the implementation of AI across the business or ensuring projects are set up accurately on company systems. The RoleWorking closely with the wider team, you will play a key role in the smooth day to day running of the business by: • Supporting the implementation of internal AI systems and helping colleagues adopt new ways of working. • Setting up new projects on company systems. • Managing office suppliers and contractors, ensuring any issues are resolved promptly. • Organising company training sessions and team events. • Ordering office, kitchen and stationery supplies. • Managing the shared company mailbox and directing enquiries to the appropriate team members. • Providing basic software installation and user support. • Helping maintain a welcoming, well organised office environment. • Providing general operational and administrative support across the business. About YouWe are looking for someone who enjoys taking ownership and is happy rolling up their sleeves to get things done. You will have: • Previous experience within an administrative, operations or office support role. • Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise a varied workload. • Strong IT skills and confidence learning new systems. • Good operation experience to cover a range of activities from emails to organising staff training. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • A proactive, positive and solution focused approach. • High levels of accuracy and attention to detail. • The ability to work independently while also being a supportive team member. Working Hours • Monday to Friday • 10.00am to 2.00pm • 20 hours per week Hybrid Working • Three days per week in the London Bridge office. • Two days working from home, subject to suitable home working arrangements. • The first two weeks will be office based to support your induction and training.
