About The Role The Personal Assistant plays a critical role in supporting three Directors with their day to day operations. Organising and overseeing all work related tasks and logistics, whilst acting as a trusted team member of sometimes confidential or personal information. Being the outgoing face of the Directors and having a working with a positive energy and engaging manner. Key Duties • Providing administrative support, ensuring the smooth and efficient running to 3x Director’s workload. • Production of documents, board packs, PowerPoint, assets for various meetings. • Complex diary management for 3x Directors, 2 of which are largely remote. • Performing external research, acting as a liaison on behalf of the Directors with other stakeholders. • Screening telephone calls, enquiries and requests, and handling them when appropriate. • Assisting with management of visitors and guests to the office. • Processing highly sensitive and confidential information. • Supporting with organising and attending events where required, arranging travel and reservations plans • Processing corporate card expenses. • Researching and purchasing of gifts for professional occasions. • Close collaboration with other Personal Assistants. • Travel and working off site will be required.
