Administrative Assistant (PMO) City of London | Office-Based (5 Days per Week) | up to £35,000 p.a + Excellent Benefits We are delighted to be partnering with a dynamic, fast-growing business that is transforming the AI consulting space. Based in the heart of the City of London, this is an exciting opportunity to become an integral part of a collaborative PMO team, supporting the smooth delivery of projects and contributing to the continued growth of the business. This role would suit someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys keeping multiple priorities on track, and takes pride in delivering exceptional administrative support. The Role Working closely with the Head of PMO and the wider Project Management Office, you will provide varied administrative and coordination support, ensuring projects, systems and internal processes run efficiently. As the business continues to grow, you will play an important role in establishing and improving key processes before becoming a central support function across the wider PMO team. Key Responsibilities • Provide day-to-day administrative support to the Head of PMO and wider project team. • Maintain project documentation, trackers and reporting tools, ensuring information is accurate and up to date. • Coordinate meetings, manage diaries and schedule internal and external appointments. • Organise and maintain SharePoint folders, project documentation and internal records. • Assist with monitoring shared inboxes, responding to queries and directing requests to the appropriate teams. • Support recruitment and onboarding administration, including interview scheduling, preparing documentation and updating internal systems. • Coordinate office administration and support wider business operations where required. • Assist with process improvements, helping to implement efficient administrative systems as the company continues to scale. • Follow up on project actions, deadlines and outstanding tasks to ensure projects remain on track. • Provide ad hoc administrative support across the PMO and wider business as required. About You • Previous experience within administration, office coordination, business support, or a similar role. • Exceptionally organised with excellent attention to detail. • A proactive and positive approach, with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously. • Strong communication skills and confidence building relationships across all levels of the business. • Comfortable working within a fast-paced, entrepreneurial and high-growth environment. • A motivated individual with plenty of ambition and a genuine desire to develop their career. • High levels of professionalism, accuracy and pride in producing quality work. • Strong IT skills, with confidence using Microsoft Office and document management systems. • Experience with SharePoint or HR systems would be advantageous but is not essential.
