Property Manager

Please note that if you do not have the relevant experience required for the role, your application will not be considered. We are currently recruiting for a Property Manager for our Estate Agency client based in Chancery Lane / Holborn area. The successful candidate must have 2 - 3 years' experience as a Property Manager managing their own portfolio of properties. Candidates must be a UK Resident. No driving licence required! Salary and benefits package for the role of Property Manager: • Basic £40,000 • Monday to Friday 9am - 5.30pm • All travel expenses covered for inspections Responsibilities for the role of Property Manager: • Be the primary Property Manager managing a portfolio of 200 properties • Assist in overall management duties • Build a strong working relationship with both landlords and tenants • Deal with contractors and arrange maintenance quotes and repairs • Manage compliance • Book end of tenancy checkouts • Deal with deposits, deposits releases and any disputes at end of tenancy • Property visits and inspections • Arrange safety certificates • Ensure regular communication with clients Keys Skills for the role of Property Manager: • 2 - 3 yearsProperty Management experience • Ideally experience dealing with HMO's (not essential) • Excellent IT and communication skills • Work well in a team dealing with any issues efficiently • Impeccable customer service skills • Good time management and excellent organisational skills • Knowledge of current legislation and compliance • Able to work to deadlines and manage own diary • Excellent team player Additional Company Information: Our client is a well-established independent property business with a strong presence across some of Central London's most desirable locations.
