RECEPTIONIST/ADMINISTRATOR Taw Hill SURGERY We are looking for a self-motivated, enthusiastic person who has worked with the public and has good computer skills to join our friendly Practice team. RESPONSIBLE TO: Operations Manager SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS OF THE JOB An understanding, acceptance and adherence to the need for strict confidentiality. An ability to use own judgement, resourcefulness, common sense. A proactive approach to change. Excellent communication skills. Be able to work additional and flexible hours. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Booking and updating appointments Dealing with incoming calls from patients, doctors and hospital departments. Liaising with patients, doctors and hospital departments. Administrative support to the Practice as appropriate.
