Steel Operative

A Steel Operative / Dispatch / Overhead Crane Operator is required for an internationally trading steel company based in the Rowley Regis area. If you have experience within the steel industry this steel operative / overhead crane operator position could be ideal for you. You will be responsible for working in dispatch, preparing orders, loading / unloading steel, operating cranes and driving counterbalance forklift trucks, amongst other duties. Duties include; • Operating overhead cranes to handle steel • Driving counterbalance forklift trucks • Loading and unloading delivery vehicles • Preparing orders for dispatch • Filling out appropriate paperwork This Steel Operative / Dispatch / Overhead Crane Operator position is working mornings / afternoons rotating weekly, so you MUST be flexible to work the shifts. • Working mornings / afternoons: 6:00am - 2.00pm / 2:00pm - 10:00pm • Paying £14.50 per hour + • Multiple weekly bonuses After a 12 week probationary period you get an additional bonuses, which bumps your rate up by over £1.50 per hour to over £16.00 per hour If you think this Steel Operative / Dispatch / Overhead Crane Operator position is right for you, APPLY NOW!
