Job description

TEAM ASSISTANT We’re recruiting a motivated and organised Team Assistant to join a leading global organisation on a 12-month contract. This is an excellent opportunity for someone at the start of their career who is eager to learn, develop and gain exposure within a fast-paced corporate environment. With full training and support provided, the role is ideal for a proactive individual who enjoys problem-solving, managing competing priorities and taking ownership of their work. TEAM ASSISTANT ROLE: • Proactive diary management across multiple calendars and time zones, supporting 33 team members • Scheduling and coordinating internal meetings • Supporting the divisional budgeting process • Managing invoice workflows and ensuring invoices are processed in a timely manner • Arranging domestic and international travel, preparing itineraries and processing expenses • Supporting the onboarding of new hires and contingent workers • Planning and coordinating team events and activities • Providing general administrative support, including printing, scanning, filing and handling team communications • Acting as a key point of contact for the team and maintaining awareness of changing priorities • Supporting ad hoc projects and administrative requirements as needed TEAM ASSISTANT ESSENTIALS: • Around 12 months of administrative, office support, coordination or customer-facing experience, or a strong desire to develop a career as a Team Assistant • Comfortable working in a busy, fast-paced environment where priorities can change quickly • Highly organised with strong attention to detail • Proactive and resourceful, with a natural inclination to find solutions independently • Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint If you feel that you fit the above criteria, then please apply today by submitting your CV to us.
