TEAM ASSISTANT – GLOBAL INVESTMENT RESEARCH An exciting opportunity has arisen to join a leading global investment bank within its prestigious Global Investment Research division. Working alongside a highly successful Industrials team, you will provide first-class support to senior stakeholders in a fast-paced, collaborative and intellectually stimulating environment. This role is ideal for an experienced Team Assistant who thrives under pressure, enjoys building strong professional relationships and takes pride in delivering exceptional administrative support while contributing to the success of a high-performing team. TEAM ASSISTANT ROLE: • Providing extensive diary management and administrative support for a team of 10, including 1 Managing Director • Coordinating complex domestic and international travel arrangements • Processing expenses accurately and within deadlines • Supporting the organisation of marketing trips, roadshows and field trips alongside Sales teams • Providing logistical support for conferences, events and corporate access initiatives • Liaising regularly with senior clients and internal stakeholders across the business • Maintaining and updating CRM systems, ensuring client interactions are accurately recorded • Monitoring team attendance, annual leave and holiday schedules • Supporting the wider team with ad hoc administrative and coordination tasks as required TEAM ASSISTANT ESSENTIALS: • Demonstrating previous experience supporting senior stakeholders within a fast-paced corporate environment • Applying exceptional organisational skills to manage multiple priorities simultaneously • Utilising strong diary management, travel coordination and expense processing expertise • Maintaining excellent attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work • Communicating professionally with the confidence to interact with senior executives and external clients • Remaining calm and composed whilst working under pressure If you feel that you fit the above criteria then please apply today by submitting your CV to us.
