Job description
Our business is growing and demand is increasing and so we are looking to strengthen our team with an experienced Welder Fabricator.
You will be responsible for the fabrication and welding of various gauge steel in line with engineering drawings.
You will be working individually and as part of a team in our workshop and onsite; and so good communication skills are essential.
Skills, experience and attributes:
· Fabricating work in various gauge steel , stainless steel and aluminium
· TIG, MIG & MMA welding
· Pipework knowledge (screwed & welded)
· Ability to read and work from engineering drawings
· Ability to work and problem solve under own initiative with minimal supervision
· Perform quality checks to ensure products meet quality standards
· Operation of guillotine, bandsaws and various drilling techniques would be advantageous
· Maintain machinery and tools using preventative maintenance methods
· Team player with a positive outlook and “can do” approach to tasks is essential
· Adhere to safety guidelines and procedures

· Hours: 08:00 – 16.30 Monday – Friday
