Job description

Welfare Administrator Are you an organised administrator with strong communication skills and experience supporting others? We are currently recruiting for a Welfare Administrator to join a welcoming secondary school in Ealing. This is a full-time role, working Monday to Friday, with a September start. The school is a supportive and inclusive secondary school in Ealing, committed to creating a safe, positive and welcoming environment for both students and staff. The successful candidate will join a dedicated team, providing essential administrative and welfare support to ensure the smooth running of the school day. As a Welfare Administrator, you will provide a combination of administrative support and student welfare assistance. You will act as a key point of contact for students, staff and visitors, supporting with day-to-day enquiries, communication and welfare-related tasks. Please note: A valid First Aid qualification is compulsory for this position. Successful applicants will be required to provide proof of their certification before starting the role.
